Mountain Legends Ranch is a 99 unit residential development located below the Grand Targhee Ski Resort in Driggs, Idaho.  Leaf is guiding Mountain Legends Ranch through the Greater Yellowstone Framework for Sustainable Development Pilot Program.

The Framework serves as a regional certification of sustainable practices and is administered through the Yellowstone Business Partnership.  Sustainable credits and prerequisites are scored in the same manner as the LEED Scorecard, as well as levels of certification that range between Certification and Platinum Certification.
